A collaborative electric go-kart designed and built in one intense month.

What better way to learn mechanical, electrical, and fabrication systems fast than
building a kart from scratch?
We began by taking our own measurements and evaluating the parts we had on hand, then moved into designing the frame and systems to fit. From there, we welded the structure, wired the electrical components, and assembled the kart. This hands-on process offered an intense, immersive way to understand mechanical, electrical, and fabrication workflows, with each step revealing new challenges, solutions, and opportunities for improvement.
